Analytics

First-party analytics for widget portfolio performance and per-widget deep dives.

Analytics

Amplixa analytics has two surfaces that share the same metrics:

SurfaceWhereJob
Widget portfolioSidebar → Analytics (Widgets tab)Compare all widgets: leaderboard, funnel, content-type mix, site pulse
Per-widget AnalyticsAgents / Lead Capture / Widgets → Analytics tabAnswer “is this widget working?” with type-specific KPIs

Overview on the home dashboard keeps a short health pulse and links into the portfolio.

Portfolio (sidebar Analytics)

Default landing is the Widgets tab:

  • Cross-widget KPIs: impressions, engagements, conversions, rates
  • Compact site pulse (pageviews + sessions)
  • Impression → engagement → conversion funnel
  • Leaderboard ranked by conversion rate (open a row for that widget’s Analytics tab)
  • Conversions by content type
  • Impressions over time

Traffic and Campaigns stay available for site context (countries, UTMs, session duration). They are supporting tabs — not a full web-analytics product.

Per-widget Analytics tabs

Each product surface embeds a scoped panel (same APIs, groupId fixed):

  • Date range for the widget’s domain
  • Type-aware KPI row (for example form submit success vs coupon copied vs chat messages)
  • Mini funnel + impressions series
  • Link back to the portfolio to compare with other widgets

Agents also show open / closed / total conversation counts from Inbox (not time-series yet).

Conversion outcomes (MVP)

Content typePrimary conversion

CouponCode copied
CountdownExpired / expired message shown

Testimonial showcaseCTA click or navigate out

Engagements are surface clicks (launcher_click, cta_click, card_click) and visitor chat messages.

Honest limits

  • New visitor data may take up to about a minute to appear after activity on your site.
  • Chat conversation volume over time, CSAT, device splits, multi-step form drop-off, and revenue attribution are on the roadmap (Phase 2).
  • Use the labels and charts in the live dashboard as the contract for shipped metrics.
